Delivery & Returns


Due to the nature of our personal care products, all sales are final.
At Aluriea Premium, we take extra care in ensuring that our packaging will protect your trusted purchase while in transit. But, in the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace your exact purchase, item for item. We will not accept any returned item that has been opened or used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date to initiate a return. Once we receive the items, we will issue a full credit of the purchase price less shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed and a replacement order will be sent out within 5 days of approval.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We replace items ONLY if they are damaged while in transit. If you need to return a damaged item, send us an email at support@alurieapremium.in and Contact at +91 9289051796 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 200 you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
