No, Cash-on-delivery is currently not available for orders within India.

2. What Are The Shipping Charges For Domestic Deliveries?

Shipping for all orders is free above Rs. 500/-.

Online Payment can be made through the PayUMoney payment gateway.

2. Payment Has Been Processed But I Haven’t Received Confirmation?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s), we will try to help you in the best possible manner on case-by-case basis. In genuine cases we will be able to offer you a credit note of value equal to your purchase. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service (support@alurieapremium.in) on the day of delivery.
